Stanley Omah Didia (Omah Lay) was born into a family with deep music roots. His grandfather was until his death, a percussionist for the legendary Highlife singer Celestine Ukwu. His father too was a drummer and someone I can consider as a local hero. Though he didn't reach the heights of his father, a fact worth mentioning is that he really made waves in their locality.
