Lola Omobaba is not a new name; she has been in the gospel arena for a while now. She started her journey at The Redeemed Evangelical Mission (TREM) Abeokuta, then she moved to Daystar Christian Centre (DCC), Lagos in 2001 and joined the choir. She was made Alto part leader in DCC choir by Dr Kunle Pemiloye in 2003.

The ace singer released her first Album in 2003 at DCC and was launched by Pastor Sam Adeyemi before she relocated to the USA in 2017 where she joined Winners Chapel, Maryland.

She received the fresh inspiration for this new single, “Rejoice” after passing through some tough times and whilst listening to Bishop Oyedepo’s message about rejoicing always and listening to a song about God’s mercy. The song was written and arranged afterwards.

She features dynamic music minstrel, Tosin Bee in the new single produced by Soplain.
