Buy U a Drank (Shawty Snappin’) is an R&B hip hop song by American singer-songwriter T-Pain, from his 2007 second studio album, Epiphany. It features American rapper Yung Joc.

The song, which is an interpolation of so many other songs, was written by Jasiel Robinson and T-Pain –who also produced the song. The track was released as the lead single from the album on February 20, 2007.

On the charts, the single topped both the US Billboard Hot 100 and US Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs.

Buy U a Drank, which is often wrongly referred to as “Buy You a Drink”, has a remix featuring rapper, Kanye West.
